Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit.

You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. We are not offering free returns and it is the customer’s responsibility to send the item back to us.

We offer refunds or store credit to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

This policy applies for all payment methods including e-gift card payments.

Returns must adhere to the following:

  • In original packaging
  • No signs of wash/wear
  • Tags must not be damaged or removed
  • No stains/hairs/odours

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. we do not accept returns after 30 days.

To return an item, please email customer service at madeinzwe@madeinzwe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

We will process the refund or exchange (if available) within 7 working days of receiving your returned items, but it may take a further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account, dependant upon the bank.

We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on a e-gift card.

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at madeinzwe@madeinzwe.com

Most of our items are popular, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order. We understand that this can be very frustrating and we will issue you with a refund for your missing item.

We always try to let you know before your order is shipped that there is an out of stock item and issue you with a refund. However, if you receive your parcel and there’s a wrong, defective or missing item and you haven’t received an email from us, please get in contact with us via madeinzwe@madeinzwe.com

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center.

Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to MADE IN ZWE’s warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.
